Jupudi Prabhakara Rao,K Chandrasekhar Rao,cash-for-vote case,cash-for-vote scam
Vijayawada: TDP leader Jupudi Prabhakara Rao alleged that TRS and YSR Congress hatched a conspiracy to obstruct the development in Andhra Pradesh by maligning the leaders of TDP. Speaking to mediapersons here on Sunday, he dared Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to resign first from his post in phone tapping case, as TDP has got enough evidence in the case.
He said that the party will submit the evidence in court and added that the TRS chief is making attempts to eliminate TDP from Telangana. Referring to cash-for-vote case, the TDP leader questioned ACB officials for failing to inform Election Commission about the case. He said that the Governor has been a mute spectator to all the latest developments and had not tried to settle the disputes between the two States.
Criticising the Congress and YSR Congress, he said the Congress has no moral right to speak on the issue as it is responsible for State bifurcation. He also slammed YSR Congress for not talking about the implementation of Section 8 for protecting the interests of AP residents in Telangana.
