Karimnagar: There will be no more power cuts in Telangana, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has announced. The CM was speaking in a public meeting at Peddapalli in Karimnagar district. He exhorted the people to develop their villages without waiting for help of others.

He called upon the people to make success the flagship ‘Haritha Haram’ programme. He expressed anger over the functioning of gram panchayat employees. He observed that the employees were confined to offices and warned that action would be initiated if they fail to take care of saplings planted during the programme.

Later, he left for Adilabad to inaugurate development works.
