Hyderabad: Telangana TDP leaders went and met President Pranab Mukherjee and gave a memorandum to him explaining about party defectors. In the wake of their complaints, it is learnt that President got a shock to know about Talasani's status.

Pranab asked for more details on Talasani and even inquired if there are more people in the league of Talasani Srinivasa Yadav in the KCR's cabinet.

President also questioned on what grounds Talasani could acquire cabinet berth in the TRS government after winning seat on TDP ticket. TDP Leaders complained on the inflating MLA numbers in the TRS while it initially had 63 strength. Pranab reassured that this will be taken up with the centre and take suitable action!!
