Congress leader and former MP, Ponnam Prabhakar has lashed out at Telangana CM KCR. Speaking to media on Sunday, the Congress leader has alleged that KCR has been providing training classes to thieves.He has alleged that, KCR has been assisting training classes to those people who have said no to Telangana during the Telangana agitation. Further, he has alleged that these people will loot the resources.
