Hyderabad: The Telangana TDP MLA from Sattupalli, facing allegations in the 'Note for Vote' scandal did not go for ACB investigation.

He said he has been suffering from viral fever and wrote to Telangana ACB that he cannot go for investigation. Sandra was earlier asked to present before ACB before today evening. In fact the ACB could not contact him and has indeed stuck a notice on his house.

However, the MLA went to Rajahmundry and joined in Bolineni Hospital. Room No 306 was alloted to him.
