Top global firms in race for Andhra Pradesh capital
Top notch global reputed firms are reportedly in the race for becoming part of the Project Advisory and Management Consultant (PAMC) that would advise, assist and take forward the proposal of Andhra Pradesh government in erecting a world class capital city.
London based Arup Group, in consortium with San Francisco based Thompson Design Group, globally reputed McKinsey, Japan based Consortium of Oriental Consultants Global, the joint venture of Korea Land and Housing Corporation and Yooshin Engineering Corporation ( both from Republic of Korea), and Capital Fortunes Pvt are in the race.
This is followed by Netherlands-based Royal Haskoning DHV Consulting Pvt. Limited in consortium with Haskoning DHV Nederland BV are reportedly among the eight shortlisted consortiums that are vying for the PAMC project.
The PAMC will help the Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA) in preparing a socio-economic roadmap for the capital city. Representatives of the eight short-listed consortia would be touring the capital city region before final submission of technical and financial bids.
