Vijayawada: Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao has said that State government will take steps to recover hundreds of crores of rupees swindled by Congress leaders during the rule of former Chief Minister late YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
Speaking to the media here, Devineni alleged that Congress leaders were involved in scams and they have no moral right to protest against TDP government.
He said that Sonia Gandhi, YS Jagan and KCR joined hands and divided the state without considering the sentiments of five crore people.
He flayed KCR for objecting to the enforcement of Section-8 of AP State Reorganisation Act and reiterated the law and order in Hyderabad lies under the control of Governor as per the act.
