The picture of a youth posing for the camera while balancing himself atop a crocodile in the animal enclosure at Hyderabad's Nehru Zoological Park went viral on the web.

Nehru Zoological Park Curator G Ramakrishna Rao ordered for an enquiry on the issue and also lodged a complaint with Bahadurpura Cops suspecting the man in the picture could be Fazal Sheikh. "May be, The Youth entered the enclosure when the animal keepers open it for cleaning between 9 am to 10.30 am during the period June-July 2014. After this incident we have tightened the security in the Zoo premises," he told.

On Wednesday night, Bahadurpura Cops arrested Fazal Sheikh in connection with the case. Cases were booked against him under sections of Forest Act and he would be sentenced to prison if found guilty.
