Hyderabad: The TRS and the YSR Congress parties are just like north and south polls in terms of their stands taken on bifurcation of the state. But, they always feel comfortable with each other, because they have never tried to trespass into others’ zone. In fact, they both defend each other while maintaining safe distance. However, now they both seem to be gearing for a big fight, probably keeping in view of the upcoming GHMC elections.

The general secretaries of YSR Congress party of Telangana state Gattu Srikanth Reddy Krishna Reddy and Shivkumar speaking to media at the party office said “Telangana government has launched its prestigious ‘Mission Kakateeya’ for the sake of people of the state. But, now it seems to be turned a ‘Commissions Kakateeya.’ Media is reporting that lot of irregularities is taking place in this project as the ruling party leaders are demanding commissions from the contractors. Hence, the state government should handle all the matters related to the project very transparently.”

YSRCP has served the ball into TRS court. Hence, it is TRS party’s turn to serve the ball back into YSRCP court. It will help to create an impression that they both are enemies like any other political parties. Then only the YSR Congress party can pocket the votes of Andhra people settled in twin cities in the GHMC elections and can extend its support to the TRS party later.
