Following the series of tragic suicides of the farmers in the Telangana region, the T-TDP Working President Revanth Reddy called for help from the Telugu film stars, industrialists and other celebs to come forward voluntarily and rescue the farmers.
Revanth Reddy made these comments at TDP Bhavan in Hyderabad while flagging off the TDP bus tour to meet the families of farmers who took their lives in Telangana. Even several senior leaders from the BJP took part in the bus tour.
Revanth further said that TDP will support any initiative taken by the film stars in their support for the grieving families. The Kodangal MLA suggested that the film stars must be inspired from the farmers' rescue operations being carried out by their counterparts in other film industries.
Finally, Revanth concluded saying that film stars and celebrities must give back to the affected farmer families considering them as their own people and that he can only request them for their support.
