The officials informed the chief minister that 600 MW unit of Bhoopalapally plant will be commissioned on January 5.
Another 1,200 MW will be available from Singareni plant by April. Another 1,000 MW from Chhattisgarh will be available by year end. Officials said 800 MW solar power will also be available by April. The chief minister asked officials to prepare plans and implement them with the ultimate goal to generate 25,000 MW by 2018.
