The Congress high command has reportedly given strict instructions to its Telangana unit for going ahead boldly and taking up an aggressive stance to attack the TRS government during the current monsoon session of the State Legislative Assembly which resumes from Tuesday.
The directive comes after rumblings in the party regarding the alleged passive approach of Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leadership. Now sources say that worried about Congress; prospects in Telangana, the high command has decided and stepped in directly.
The Congress high command also seems to have taken serious note over concerns which was aired during last Assembly session wherein many party leaders expressed open dissatisfaction over Jana Reddy, the leader of the opposition in the Assembly while dealing with ruling party .
Congress chief Sonia Gandhi has reportedly asked AICC’s secretary R C Kuntia to personally camp in Hyderabad next week and interact with local leaders on a daily basis as part of the session. So the days of weak Congress impact on TRS seems to be over!
