With the continuous defections that are taking place in the two Telugu states off late, not many are supporting the sudden increase in the shift of members amongst the political parties. Raising an objection to the party defections, Telangana TDP leader Motkupally Narsimulu came down heavily on TDP President and AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for following the policy of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao by encouraging defections.
The Telangana TDP leader raised the issue during the TDP politburo meeting held on Monday in Vijayawada. However, Chandrababu responded to Motkupally's objections by saying that defections are common in politics and was being practiced for a long while.
