Tirupati by-poll results have reached the climax today . All set for counting of by-poll votes today . The counting of votes will start today at 8 a m in SVRS college and the first round results will be announced within 11 am . The votes will counted in total 19 rounds . TDP is expecting majority of votes while Congress hopes on its future.
