The conversation between Karimnagar district Korutla MLA Kalvakuntla Vidya Sagar Rao and a farmer has been going viral on Whatsapp now.

The MLA has assured to construct a Electricity Sub Station during the elections. A farmer from the area has called the MLA to enquire the progress of this. MLA Vidyasagar, irritated with this said that he was in Tirupathi and strongly asked him not to disturb. When the farmer questioned "Did we vote you for this?" the MLA immediately replied "Have you voted without taking a single penny?" Surprised with this, the farmer uploaded their conversation on Whatsapp.
