YCP MLA Roja to challenge High court division bench's Judgement in Supreme court

As per the reports, YCP MLA Roja would challenge High court division bench's Judgement in Supreme court. Hyderabad High Court division bench gave it's judgement in favor of the AP Government and the Assembly today relating to YCP MLA Roja suspension case today.

The High court Division Bench, in it's Judgement stated that the Assembly has the power to suspend a member. The verdict is against the Single bench judgement in the High court, announced in favour of YCP MLA Roja.
