President of Backward Classes Union and an MLA R. Krishnaiah demanded the Telangana government to release fee reimbursement funds for BC students.

He threatened to go on a protest if funds for fee reimbursement were not released at one go and said that he will not hesitate to stop the exams if required.

The BC leader asked the government to pay the fee in the next eight days and also asked Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to take up fresh applications immediately for the year and pay the reimbursement by January, 2015.

"Or else, we will call for a strike and stop the examinations," he threatened.
