The cast of Telugu remake of Malayalam hit Bangalore Days has just gotten even more star-studded. It is reliably learnt that Nithya Menon has been roped in to act in the multi-starrer to
be directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Nithya earlier played a cameo (Natasha Francis) in the original.

The talented actress is going to be playing one of the lead roles in the movie. A source close to the actress informs, "Director Bhaskar recently met her to narrate the script. Nithya has given her nod to be part of the project. Having acted in the original film, Nithya was familiar with the story line."

Nithya will be paired opposite Tamil actor Arya in the bilingual romantic drama that also features Siddharth and Samantha. The filmmakers are scouting for the third lead pair in the film, which is expected to go on floors from January. Apparently, director Bhaskar has tweaked the original script to suit Telugu and Tamil sensibilities.
