However, what you fail to realise is that you are harming your health this way. Read on to know what an ill-fitting bra can do to your health.

If red rashes or marks on your shoulders are not new to you, then there is no doubt that you are wearing a wrong sized bra. You probably don't know that it can increase your risk of fungal infections.

A poorly fitting bra fails to provide support to your breasts, which exerts undue pressure on the neck and back muscles. This restricts blood flow to the head along with straining your neck muscles causing headaches, originating from the neck.

A poorly fitting underwire bra not only restrict blood circulation but also causes muscle strain, leading to pain in the back, neck and shoulders.

An ill-fitting underwire bra can also bruise the area around the rib cage and muscles present in the chest region, leading to breathing difficulty.
