The Reliance ADAG is all set to construct a gigantic 110-storey building in Manchirevu village in Ranga Reddy district in Telangana. The proposed building, named Reliance Iconic Towers, will be built in a sprawling 76.2 acres of land and will pave way for development of infrastructure in the region.
As per the reports, a proposal for the construction of the building has been submitted during the times of united Andhra Pradesh. However, with the state division, the proposal was put on hold until the Reliance ADAG Chairman Anil Ambani met CM KCR last year. Impressed by Reliance's initiatives, KCR reportedly asked them to submit a fresh proposal.
Recently, officials from Reliance ADAG met the Telangana State Chief Secretary Rajeev Sharma and submitted the proposal, which glimpses of the company's investment initiatives in the state. The Iconic Towers is being seen as a major success in the state government's efforts to facilitate infrastructure with its new, robust industrial policy.
