A 3-year-old girl was raped and her throat was slit, in Ludhiana in Punjab. The girl, who is in a critical condition has been admitted to the hospital. An 18-year-old vegetable vendor lured the girl, when she was alone in the house and brutally raped her before slitting her throat. He is at present absconding and the police are on the look out for him.
