Apparao again takes Charge as Vice Chancellor for HCU

Amid high tension in the HCU campus, Apparao again takes charge as Vice Chancellor for HCU. 

The student organisations in  Hyderabad Central University (HCU) are severely opposing Prof Apparao's visit to the University as vice chancellor,who, they allege, was responsible for the crisis on the campus. Vice chancellor's cabin is totally demolished by the organisations today.
