Like water, air and majority of our Natutral resources are being polluted, the Political system is being polluted by the so-called Politicians.
In the present generation, It is very rare to find a leader of a Political party, having no cases of corruption or other cases. Very very rare. Leaders of Political parties, if they get to power , try to weaken the opposition parties by attracting their MLAs. It's happening in Telangana and AP state. Do the leaders of these ruling Political parties genuine? No, they are Polluted.
The Ministers, MLAs of the ruling parties, concentrate on increasing their assets- lands, Foreign Investments, Bank Balances etc. They try to make use of all the sources to get profit. Welfare of the people is not much important to them. If the welfare of the constituency's public is important, much development would have taken place in all the constituencies of AP and Telangana states. Still, majority of the constituencies lack development. Do these MLAs of Political parties genuine? No, they are Polluted.
The people of these constituences want the leader of their caste, religion, community etc to be an MLA. Hence caste Politics came into Picture. They vote for the candidates who lure them with amazing promises. They all fall to the trap of these Political leaders's gimmicks. Do the people of the constituencies genuine? No, they are Polluted.
The Opposition parties in the Assemblies (AP and Telangana) always try to defame the ruling party members and the Government. They raise the issues in which they themselves are accused. They have their own agenda instead of the agenda of the Public. They fight for themselves, but not for the people. The Government and the Opposition always to have an Upper hand on the issues. They fight among themselves but not for the Public. Do the opposition parties in the Assemblies genuine? No, they are Polluted.
The Media. The TV channels, Print media always favour one or the other political party. The reasons may be many, but the genuinity of the issue is being Polluted by the media before reaching to the Public. What the Public receive through the media is the Polical flavored news of a particular Political party. Is the Media behaving genuine? No, they are Polluted.
In a polluted political system, a party like loksatta has no place.
