Decisions made in AP Cabinet meeting on April 2

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh state cabinet has approved the filling up of 20 thousand jobs in the Government departments in a phased manner. The cabinet meeting which started today in Vijayawada lasted for about six hours. Sand policy was primarily discussed. The cabinet decided to continue the free sand policy.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will tour 13 districts during April-May months. As per the schedule, one or two districts are planned for a week. CM will visit the projects in the districts in the morning and review the development programs from the afternoon. 


Cabinet Decisions.


After the meeting, the decisions taken by the Cabinet were shared to the media by Information and broadcasting minister Palle Raghunath Reddy.


* Providing justice to the Agrigold, Akshayagold, Abhayagold victims by setting up  ​​special fast-track court in Vijayawada.The Government would write a letter to the High court related to the same. The Government would order the CID to take steps for the justice of Agrigold victims.


* The Government will launch a website for the Agrigold victims. They can provide their details through the website.


* To celebration Ugadi on a very grand Note on April 8.


* Make an effort to make sand available to everyone in the state.


* To start a mobile app for implementing free sand policy


* Allotment of  6 thousand acres of land to  Hero Honda company near Sricity in Satyeveedu of Chittor District.


* Neeru Chettu Program for increasing Ground water level
