Hardly six months after TDP came to power, the bickering in the party unit at Vijayawada, the future capital city of AP, have come into open with Vijayawada TDP MP Kesineni Nani launching a scathing attack on Minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao.

Nani told reporters , in the presence of Ministers Devineni Uma and Narayana at a program, that the Government has done nothing for the Vijayawada city even six months after TDP came to power.

"In most cases, Uma is taking lonely decisions and not consulting us. Even police and other officials are only consulting him and ignoring us," he said , asking the police and other officials to consult the area public representatives including MPs and MLAs before arriving at major policy decisions.

There is no coordination at all between us and the officials on any issue, he said.

An embarrassed Devineni Uma replied that he will take the problems of Vijayawada city to the notice of Government and try to solve them.

Nani also attacked police for trying to have a night domination in the city by imposing new rules and restrictions that are terrifying citizens.

" When the Police do not have a night domination in Delhi, why here?" he questioned.
