The Andhra Pradesh government that is in deep neck financial crisis and is constantly asking the Central government to show a helping hand, finally came down to satisfy the AP employees on par with the TS employees. The AP government agreed to 43% hike in he pay same as the Telangana govt. But here's the shocking news

Knowing that the state is in crisis, the Andhra Pradesh employees have pressured the Andhra Pradesh government to increase the percentage hike more than 43%. This shocked the Andhra Pradesh government. Even though the government has agreed for 43% hike in salaries, the unions came up demanding more then this! Don't the employees know the situation of the state? Why are they acting in such a way?

Reacting to the AP employees demand, one of the TDP leader said "At a time, the new state of Andhra Pradesh is going through deep financial crunch and unable to even pay existing salaries to its employees, government coming forward to hike fitment itself is big achievement. But it's sad that employees unions troubling government for more."

Even though the state is in financial crisis, it agreed to pay same as the neighbouring state. Instead of being praised, the employees demanding more looks really fishy! So, what so you say? Are the employees reasonable in asking for more hike?
