At a time when the whole country is demanding for an instant punishment for the rapists, a 71 year old rape-victim in Bengal has requested to forgive the group of culprits who gang-raped her. "She was more concerned about the security of the school and its students than the trauma she was in," said Atindranath Mondal, the hospital superintendent.

Going into the story, the old nun at a convent school in Bengal was gang-raped by a group of youngsters on Friday. Later, they have stolen cash from the school office and also the mobile devices of other sisters at the school. The nun was immediately rushed to the gynecologist and is currently undergoing a treatment.

The Christian community has expressed their outrage and have started visiting the school premises now. They want to help the sisters at the convent to come out of the trauma that they had gone through with this shocking incident. "In all my life, I haven't heard of such an attack on a nun, an elderly nun, anywhere in the world, not even in conflict zones where we work," said sister Irene. Though many new laws are being made to put an end to these crimes, there's no stopping them until now.
