Heritage and family Politics: Grand father/ Grand Mother, Father, son, daughter or any family member contesting for a seat in State Assembly or Indian Parliament.
Religion and Caste Politics: Based on the religion or caste, the voters are attacted by the Political parties by giving seats to the candidates of the same caste/religion of the maximum voters of a constituency.
Vote Bank Politics: The Political parties announce huge sops to the voters during election campaigning to attract the voters. The promises would be left unfulfilled after coming to power.
Conventional Politics: Distributing liquor, Money, ornaments, cricket kits to youth etc to attract the voters duting election time.
Some sitting MLAs/MPs would carry out some development works as the elections approach. But when there are no elections, no development works are carried out by these leaders.
Some Political leaders try to gain the confidence of the public during elections by meeting the victims of the tragedies that occur at that time. They even make use of tragedies, accidents etc to grab votes from the public.
Opportunistic Politics: Many Political leaders jump from one political party to other during elections time. Based on the report , these leaders receive from their inter surveys, they join the parties which have the chance of winning the elections.
Almost all the Political parties in India follow the above said culture of Politics. AAP's Victory in Delhi has put a fullstop to all these above said Politics by the Political leaders of India.
The section of the Public who want clean politics and democratic values are to be prominent in a democracy, stand by AAP.
