Big B who was there too encouraged her father to take her to Bollywood. As a result, Aarthi Aggarwal did her first film Paagalpan in Hindi in 2001 but it was not a hit. She then went to Tollywood. She did her first Tollywood movie Nuvvu Naaku Nachav with Telugu actor Venkatesh in 2001, which was more successful.She became a big craze among the youth because of her charisma in Nuvvunaku nachav. But this seemed to evade gradually- just another exampleof actresses vulnerability from stardom to failure. She has the rare distinction of being cast with tollywood"fabfour"-Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Balakrishna and Venkatesh. She hasalso acted with young dynamic heroes like Mahesh, NTR, RaviTeja, etc.
