The sensational note-for-vote case in Telangana is taking many turns and twists and haunting the Telugu Desam Party to the core. The latest is that the Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has served notices to another Telangana TDP MLA. Sathupalli TP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah were served notices by ACB on Tuesday night and the ACB sleuths asked him to appear for the interrogation.

It's learnt that the notices were served under CRPC section 160. The ACB officials have visited Sandra Venkata Veeraiah's quarters (Quarter 208) in Hyderguda. However, Sandra wasn't present when the ACB officials came. He was asked to appear before the agency.

Not long ago (8 days ago), Sandra had claimed that he was getting blackmail calls from TRS. He alleged, "I've been getting threatening calls from TRS. They're blackmailing to join TRS within three days else threatening of dire consequences. At first, they have sent mediators to my house. When I refused to take their offer and didn't budge to their proposal, they're resorting to these cheap techniques now."
