Hyderabad: The cat fights between the TDP leaders in Vizag and Vijayawada cities have become a big headache for the party president Chandrababu Naidu.
While, the Ministers Ayyanna Patrudu and Ganta Srinivasa rao are crossing swords at Vizag, Kesineni and Devineni are crossing swords at Vijayawada for different reasons.
Minister Ganta Srinivasa rao, his close aide Bheemili MLA Avanthi Srinivas, Anakapalli MLA Gopal and TDP leader Bandaru Satyanarayana have joined hands to prevent Konathala Ramakrishna and his close aide Gandi Babji from entering into TDP, at the same time they are also trying to rope in Dadi Veerabhadra rao into party, whom Ayyanna Patrudu is said to be strongly opposing.
Ayyanna Patrudu is said to be pressurizing the party high command to admit Konathala and Gandi Babji into the party to counter Ganta group.
Their fight has reached its flash point and the matter is now shifted into Chandrababu Naidu’s court for a final decision.
Similarly, the cold war continuing between the AP Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao and Vijayawada MP Kesineni Srinivas (Nani) for quite a long time is surfaced today with the latter’s media statement.
Kesineni speaking to the media said “There is no coordination between the elected representatives and the officials. They are not bothered to intimate us about any official programs conducted in the district. It appears they believe that they are accountable to Irrigation Minister and need not to consult or intimate anyone of us. I strongly condemn their attitude. I fear to say that our government could do nothing for Vijayawada development all these months due to lack of coordination between us and the officials.”
He also find fault with City Police Commissioner Venkateswara rao for forcing the people to carry identity cards during night time in the city. He opines that Commissioner seems to be trying to project his self-image as a super cop.
If reports are to be believed CM Chandrababu Naidu has strongly warned Kesineni for making such media statements that tarnish the party and government reputation and also provides weapons to the opposition parties to criticize the government.
