A headmaster in Slovenia has threatened students with legal action after a video clip showing him giving oral sex to maths teacher during school went viral.

The 41-year-old headmaster was apparently found by students between the legs of 45-year-old brunette after they heard moans of pleasure coming from a classroom they believed to be empty.

Drago Kamenik, the headmaster, first threatened to sue students who uploaded a clip of the pair onto social media and then denied it was real after the clip went viral, the metro.co.uk reported.

"We heard the noises and knew someone was having sex in there," the report quoted a 19-year-old student of the high school in Maribor, Slovenia, as saying.

"But we thought it would be other students. We couldn't believe it when we saw our maths teacher Manja Mertelj and headmaster," the student added.

Kamenik, who has two children, claimed the video is fake, and said he informed the police about the clip.

"The man in the video is not me, it has been photoshopped," he said.

The students, however, dismissed the headmaster's threats.

"We can put up more to prove it but I don't think anyone really doubts us," the metro quoted one student as saying on social media.
