AP Government has successfully acquired around 20,000 acres through Land Pooling as on February 13th, 2015. The figure is likely touch 22,500 acres by Today.

CRDA Officials say there isn't muc resistance from Farmers and Land Owners in AP Capital area as most of them their happy with the package announced by the State Government is best so far in India. "Few farmers have been opposing Land Pooling with the version they were  able to produce 3 crops and will be losing connect with the land. Some of them weren't cooperating just because of political reasons," says CRDA Advisor.

AP Government will be paying certain amount on yearly basis to the farmers and land owners in AP Capital area. While Agricultural Labourers receive social security pension, Youth will be given skill development training and encouraged to start their own enterprises.
