Has the BJP led NDA announced a special package deliberately last night to influence the Telugu voters in New Delhi polls?

Andhra Pradesh Congress president  N Raghuveera Reddy  today charged that  the late night announcement was aimed at grabbing the votes of Telugu speaking population in Delhi which were gradually leaning  towards  the AAP. "Why this hotchpotch announcement of just  Rs.350 crore and why not all the incentives of  the bifurcation act" he questioned.

The Congress party  in Andhra Pradesh plans a one crore signature campaign to put  pressure on the NDA to grant a Bundelkhand type of  special status  to AP as well in lieu of  the loss of Hyderabad and other revenue earning growth engines after bifurcation.
