In a high-level meeting, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directed TRS MPs not to oppose the decisions of Modi Government but maintain a friendly relation so that the new state gets benefitted. Even Prime Minister appreciated the new stand taken by TRS Government.
Taking an advantage of positive response from BJP, KCR sent feelers to Narendra Modi and Amit Shah expressing the willingness to join the Union Cabinet. The TRS Chief feels its the best way to stop BJP grow from strength to strength in Telangana.
However, BJP Leadership turned down the proposal as it wants to grow independently in all the Southern states. Even the Saffron Party might end ties with TDP very soon to encourage rebels from YSR Congress and Congress. AP BJP aims to win at least 20 MLA and 6 MP seats in 2019 Polls.
