Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao flayed Jagan and blamed him for the caste rivalries raising their hood in the state. He said that Jagan was behind the agitations by Mudragada and Manda Krishna Madiga. Only Jagan can think of burning trains and creating property loss, he said. The YSRCP leader is always plotting to cause problems to the state administration, he added.
