Hyderabad: Finance Minister Eetela Rajender introduced Telangana state budget for 2016-17 in the Assembly. The Budget designed in accordance with the wishes of the people, said Eetela.
In his Budget speech Finance Minister Eetela Rajender stated that the development of a state is measured not by the GDP growth but the Health rate of the people. Minister made reasonable allocations to the Health and Medical sector in the Budget 2016.
Budget speech Highlights
* All hospitals( PHCs, NIMS etc) to be rejuvenated.
* To develop Public hospitals like Private hospitals
* Incentives to Doctors, Staff who work in the villages
* Modernization of all public hospitals.
* Setting up 40 dialysis centers and 40 diagnostic centers.
* 4 multi-specialty hospital in Hyderabad to meet the increased needs of the people
