Telangana CM KCR expressed his satisfaction over the railway budget and stated that he is happy taht Secunderabad station is chosen for modernisation. CM KCR further stated that the 14 th finance commission has declared that Telangana and Gujarat are the richer states hence there is no special cater of funds. He said that he spoke to Gujarat to come in support for fight against center for funds.
