Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu in an interview to a news channel made some shocking remarks and blamed his colleagues for Delhi debacle. Naidu said that some of the comments made by his colleagues might have driven the minorities away from BJP. He hinted at controversial comments made by his fellow ministers like Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti.

"Hindus always believe in peaceful co-existence. Our colleagues are reason for our defeat in Delhi. Our opponents have taken advantage of some comments and the Hindu, Minoroties have driven away. We have won 7 elections and lost 1 election in 8 months. I am proudly saying that our PM Modi will be number one as he has direct contact with the public and any survey today will reveal the same." Naidu said.
