Telangana Congress leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has made sensation comments against Uttam Kumar Reddy and he clarified that he is opposing the leadership of Uttam . Following this he even announced that if possible he will start a new party and added that he will not attend even the budget session also as a resentment against Uttam's leadership.
