Story:

Rajini Murugan film is based on a village guy and his parents. This film has perfectly showcased the lifestyle of a village guy. On getting into the story, Ayyangalai (Rajkiran) is a well settled old men. As he wanted his children not to develop any enmity with the villagers, he sent all his children to study and work in abroad, . Rajini Murugan which is essayed by Sivakarthikeyan, is the grandson of the old man. Rajini has a very joyful life in the village and he stays with his parents who are working as teachers in the same village.

As the story moves on with some comedy elements, Rajini falls in love with Karthika played by Keerthy Suresh. Karthika is the daughter of Neelakantan essayed by Achuthanand, who is the friend turned enemy of Rajini Murugan’s parents. Meanwhile, Rajini tries to fulfill the promise that he made with his grandfather which is to sell all the property and give rightful share to all of his sons and daughters who are settled in foreign countries.

As the story runs on an interesting mode, Ezharai Mookkan played by Samuthirakani enters into the scene as local don who will do anything for money. He approaches Rajini’s family claiming that, he is the another grandson of Ayyangalai's illegal affair. So, he says that, he has a right to get the property. Quarrel begins from here. Will Rajini clears the issue with the local don? will Rajini marry his lady love? how can he solve all the issues with his family? forms the rest of the story.

Performance:

Lead actor Rajini Murugan's role which is essayed by Sivakarthikeyan, made a complete justice to his role. In every instant, Siva has met the audience's expectations. Siva’s romance with lead actress Keerthy Suresh stands as one of the highlight for this film. Sivakarthikeyan's spontaneity stood as one of the big assets to this film. Keerthy Suresh's beauty has grabbed everyone’s attention in this film. As Keerthy will be seen in a traditional attire, her dance and face expressions are the added advantage for this film.

Other starrers such as, Raj Kiran and Achuthanand did their best in this movie. Even though some supporting roles were not up to the expected mark, the lead actors and senior actors timing dialogues and the story, managed to change the audience mood in a positive way.

Analysis:

Rajini Murugan will showcase the scenic beauty of village and normal family background. If you want to watch this film, you have to watch it without any expectation. Rajini Murugan might entertain you, if you are family entertainer lover.
