Minister Narayana has explained that the AP NGOs are ready to shift to the new Secretariat in Amaravati and he said that the employees have asked for the local status. Narayana further added that the file of according local status to the shifting employees is with the centre and he stated that this would be followed up for a positive decision in this regard.
