Guntur: Two TD councillors of the Tenali municipality of Guntur district got into a brawl during a council meeting on Monday. They fought each other in front of other council members.
Differences arose between Gummadi Ramesh and Pasupulati Trimurtulu over a small issue and they started abusing each other.
Mr Ramesh demanded that every issue debated in the council should be written in the Council’s minutes. Mr Trimurtulu argued that there was no need to write everything in the minutes’ book. An argument ensued between the two and Ramesh abused Trimurtulu who hit back.
TD leaders later said that party high command would take action against both the councilors.
