Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday said that he had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding AP Special Status accordance issue.
Rahul Gandhi in his letter reminded former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's announcement in the Parliament and asked PM Modi to fulfill the election promises. He urged the Prime Minister to announce the accordance of the special status category for Andhra Pradesh on the occasion of the capital city Amaravati foundation ceremony on October 22. Rahul Gandhi also said that earlier too the Congress has appealed to the NDA Government on the issue.
