A 26-year-old woman techie, working at TIPCO Software firm in Hyderabad, allegedly committed suicide at her residence at Uday Wendstar apartments in Kondapur.
Hailing from Kanpur city of Uttar Pradesh, the techie named Lipi Mishra died of suffocation after inhaling smoke that emanated after burning coal along with some other material.
The body of the women techie was shifted to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. The Madhapur police have registered a case under suspicious death and started probe.
As per preliminary examination, the reasons for Lipi Mishra to take the farthest step could be family dispute. Police doubt Lipi Mishra husband's hand in the matter.
