Andhra Pradesh agriculture minister Prathipati Pulla Rao today faulted YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's political move alleging that since beginning of the capital formation process YS Jagan and his followers have created a lot of disturbance creating confusion among farmers and people. The minister said that wise common people have trusted chief minister Chandrababu. Hence, they contributed their lands for capital construction. The minister castigated YS Jagan for his repeated comments against state government over Pattiseema project. The minister then praised Chandrababu stating that due to his vision only World Bank has given second rank to AP after Gujarat, stating that it is ideal place for investments.
