Father of Devi, the techie who died allegedly in a car accident in Jubilee Hills area, strongly suspected that his daughter was murdered. He demanded a thorough inquiry in to the matter. Naming Bharat Simha Reddy as the culprit, he demanded that the boy should be booked under Nirbhaya Act and should be punished severely. The parents of Bharat and the police have colluded to make it seem as an accident, he said.
