After millions of passengers facing numerous hardships due to the ongoing RTC strike for the last four of days, popular film star and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna is the latest person to face the heat from the protesting employees of the RTC. This morning, a large section of employees staged an intense protest in front of Balayya's residence in Hindupur.
The RTC labourers, employees and the leaders of RTC Joint Action Committee carried out a huge procession in Hindupur and ended up at Balayya's residence. However, the MLA was not in town to address the protestors and the employees stuck a grievance letter on the wall of Balayya's residence.
In their request, the JAC members requested Balayya to talk to the concerned authorities and even the Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and convince them to oblige their rightful demands. The protestors lamented that even after so many pleas and the ongoing strike, the officials are not in a mood to budge regarding their plight.
