Tirupati: The stage is all set for the smooth conduct of Tirupati by-election on Friday.  About 2,94,781 electorate, including 1,50,043 men, 1,44,699 women and 39 others will cast their votes.   In all, 1,600 polling personnel were deployed for the orderly conduct of the polling in the 256 polling stations.  For the first time, web casting and video recording were arranged in all the polling stations and preparations were also made for the public to view the polling process, according to District Collector Siddharth Jain.
