Telangana Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswar Rao on Thursday said that 1018 kms of roads in Telangana would be transformed into highways.

Stating that the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari had written to the state government in this regard as part of the grand plan to promote road connectivity in Telangana, Tummala Nageswar Rao said that including Godavari all the 101 rivers in the country would be interlinked for sake of promoting water ways.
